Gate Opening Times
During the set up days of Agfest (Monday to Wednesday prior) gates will open from 7am to 5pm daily. Please ensure you have your vehicle pass or other suitable business identification with you as security will operate at the main gate during this period.
During the three days of Agfest, only vehicles displaying the appropriate Exhibitors Vehicle pass will be able to access the site. This will be firmly enforced.
Exhibitors will be able to gain access to the site from 6:30am for the three days of Agfest. All vehicles must be removed from the site into an exhibitors carpark by 9am and no vehicle movement is permitted on the site again until 4:30pm daily.
