Exhibitor Applications Now Open for Agfest 2027.

We are delighted to invite you to apply to be an exhibitor at Agfest 2027.

For 45 years, passionate and dedicated Rural Youth volunteers have successfully organised one of Australia’s top three field days, contributing an estimated $26 million annually to Tasmania’s economy. Following the success of Agfest 2026, which featured 657 exhibitors, the Agfest Committee is now looking forward to Agfest 2027, scheduled to take place in the Paddock from 6 to 8 May.

We invite you to align your business with Agfest and become part of this remarkable success story. Applications for exhibitors will open on  the 1st September 2026 and closes on the 15th October 2026. It is essential that your application provides clear and comprehensive information to best position your company for selection.

In line with Agfest’s commitment to proudly showcase Tasmania’s rural sector, applications from core agricultural companies are given preference. Our Selection Committee rotates exhibitors to encourage attendee movement around the site, so acceptance is not guaranteed annually. While exhibitors may specify a preferred site location, this cannot be guaranteed, and there is no automatic right to retain the same site each year. All applications will be carefully reviewed by the Agfest Exhibitor Selection Committee..

Following a successful Agfest 2026, which featured 657 exhibitors, the Agfest Committee are now looking forward to Agfest 2027. Agfest 2027 will be held in the Paddock 6 to 8 May.

We hope that you will align your business with Agfest and be part of the event’s success story. Applications will open on 1 September 2026 and close on 15 October 2026.

It is vitally important that the information provided within your application best positions you and your company to help us decide who is chosen to be an exhibitor at the 2027 event.

Applications from core agricultural companies are given preference as part of Agfest’s commitment to proudly showcase our rural sector. Our Selection Committee rotate exhibitors to best achieve attendee movement around the site. No guarantees are provided regarding any exhibitor being accepted each year. Exhibitors may list a preferred site location within their application, however location will not be guaranteed and there is no automatic right to the same site. Each application received is reviewed by the Agfest Exhibitor Selection Committee.

If you wish to apply for a site at Agfest 2027 and haven't been an exhibitor before, the Application Information Guide below includes information regarding cost and process on applying.

Applications will open on the 1st September 2026 and close on the 15th October 2026.

The application process is a two-step process. Please click ‘Apply Now’ to create an application:

Step 1 – Please setup your Exhibitor Contact Information and company logo.

Step 2 – Create a new application, using the Application Information Guide below to assist you in choosing the right site.

Previous exhibitors:

New Exhibitor Platform

All exhibitors, including those who have exhibited at Agfest previously, will need to create a new profile on our new exhibitor platform. The new platform makes it easier to manage your exhibitor details and submit your application. Simply create your profile and follow the prompts to complete your application for Agfest.

Once you have submitted the application, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your application, which will then be checked by the Agfest administration team. They will be in contact within five to seven working days only if further information is required. You will be unable to modify your application once submitted. To withdraw or cancel an application please contact us. You may only enter one applications per email address, If you are applying for different types of sites please contact us at admin@agfest.com.au 

Closing date for applications is 15 October 2026 and any completed applications received after this date will be automatically placed on the waiting list for a cancellation and will incur a 10 percent late fee (if a successful exhibitor).

Successful applicants will receive two emails, an acceptance letter, and an invoice on the 15th December 2026. Please do not send payment with your application.

We advise not to make any booking for marquees, accommodation, travel arrangements or ordering of stock until allocation notifications take place.

Please keep your login details in a safe place as successful exhibitors will need it to access the exhibiting pack, which will be available once site notifications have been completed.
